For The Birds

Random....

Driving down the road with my boyfriend, and I throw a gum wrapper out the window. My boyfriend yells at me for littering. This is my explanation for the throwing of the gum wrapper out the window:

" Birds like those. They use them for a solar heating agent. They put the aluminum side up, propped up by some twigs to heat their nests naturally "

He did not buy it.

Later when the gum was all chewed out, I spit it ( classy ! ) out the rolled down window, and again my boyfriend yelled at me. This is my explanation for THAT one :

" gum is very pliable, so birds like it. It is a very good adhesive agent to keep their nests together in case of high winds"

He did not buy that one either.
